The Bar Association of Thessaloniki was established in 1914 with first president Mr. Nikolaos D. Dimitriadis (1859-1934), who remained as president (with short abstention) from 1914 to 1926. Members of the board of directors had been elected: Anastasios Kakavas, Nikolaos Darveris, Ioannis Tsitsiklis, Athanasios Vavilopoulos, Grigorios Karitis, Eleutherios Panagakisand Anastasios Brachalis. Above the first members of the board of directos were also Dimitrios Digkas, Filotas Papageorgiou and Miltiadis Karatzidis.

In the next elections in 1927 president was elected, Georgios Seremetis (1879-1950), who had participated as member in almost all previous Boards of Directors. Along with him as members of the Board were elected: Ioannis Ladas , Georgios Avgerinos, Anastasios Brachalis, Theodoros Vazakas, Saoul Moisis, Panagiotis Straggas, Georgios Papailiakis, Ioannis Tsitsiklis, Nikolaos Koumparis, Theodoros Oikonomou, Dimitrios Aggelidis, Leontios Chatziapostolou, Socratis Vougas and Christoforos Kofos.

In 27.3.1943 Georgios Seremetis quited from the administration of the Bar. After the recommendation of the Board and a decree of the Minister of Justice , from 21.6.1943 president became  Georgios Paraskeuas Avgerinos (1882-1947) who was until that moment vice president of the Bar.

In 23.4.1945 Theodoros Ant. Oikonomou  (1885-1966)  was elected president and  members of the Board were elected:Georgios Avgerinos, Georgios Valassis, Georgios Vidalis, Vasilios Georgopoulos, Ioannis Zisiadis, Ippokratis Iordanoglou, Konstantinos Karatzidis, Dimitrios Kerameus, Nikolaos Koumparis, Michael Lapidakis, Ioannis Papailiakis, Aristeidis Petrolias, Georgios Chatziemmanouil and Xenophon Christou.

In General Assembly in 20.3.1949 Leontios Dim. Chatziapostolou (1894-1980) who was until then member of the Board, was elected president. Michael Lapidakis, Georgios Valassis, Dimitrios Kerameus, Ioannis Zisiadis, Ioannis Papailiakis, Ippokratis Iordanoglou, Christoforos Naslas,Onoufros Papavasileiou, Georgios Mellos, Spiros Batsoutas and Georgios Koutsaggelis were elected members of the Board.

During the elections of the Bar in March 1958, Georgios Aggelos Vidalis was elected president and Naoum Babataka , Stavros Tsiggas, Spiros Batsoutas, Dimitrios Dimitriadis, Georgios Koutsaggelis, Dimitrios Kerameus, Antonios Kotoulas, Xenofon Christou, Georgios Palladis,Spiros Aravanis, Konstantinos Vergopoulos, Ioannis Tzoumaris , Theodoros Vazakas and  Aristeidis Petrolias.
